Potato Pouches

These are the simplest, but oh so usable little item under $10.

Potatoes are a gift to people! Many of the health benefits of potatoes come from their rich iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, and zinc content. They help with everything from digestion promotion to anti-inflammatory.

They have so many benefits; we have taken to eating many more of them in recent years. Some nights we will use them as a side dish, but more often than not, we integrate them as the main meal in the form of baked potatoes. You can do almost anything with a baked potato; from thetraditional chives and sour cream to salsa and guacamole.

When we first started cooking them, we just stuck them with a fork, and then cooked them in the microwave oven for the allotted time. They often came out dry and chewy. After some research, I learned about these potato bags. So, I took a shot; made a few prototypes, and ended up with a great product. I have about 8 of them hanging next to our microwave and we use them every day. No need to poke the potato, it cooks just fine in the fabric. Another great advantage is that they come out moist and yummy!

Our design has a small loop so you can hang them like we do. This takes up less counter and kitchen drawer space!

Great gifts for anyone, especially bachelors and college students! It encourages them to eat healthier by making it easy. You can even wash them with the rest of your laundry!

Each bag is 5.25 inches tall and 4 inches wide with a folding flap to ensure the entire potato is covered while cooking.
